After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

  • Other Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Do I have to pay shipping charges?

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment.

We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers from time to time.


What is the expected delivery time for my order?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery usually takes an additional 2–7 business days, depending on your location.


Which courier partner will deliver my order?

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email or SMS (where available).

At present, customers cannot choose a preferred courier partner.


What should I do if I receive a damaged or tampered package?

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery if possible.

Contact our customer support immediately with your Order ID and clear photos of the package.

We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution.


Why did I receive only part of my order?

Sometimes products in the same order may be shipped separately due to stock availability or warehouse location.

If your order has been split into multiple shipments, you will receive the remaining items separately.


How can I check whether you deliver to my location?

You can enter your complete shipping address and PIN Code during checkout.

If delivery is available to your location, you will be able to complete the order successfully.


What if I miss the delivery attempt?

Our courier partner may attempt delivery again depending on their service policy.

If delivery fails multiple times, the shipment may be returned to us.

What if my order is delayed?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. Currently, StashnryU.com does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

All orders must be prepaid using our secure online payment methods.


What is your Return Policy?

StashnryU.com follows a No Return Policy.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, if you receive the wrong product or a product that is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and supporting photographs. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
