Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order only before it has been processed or dispatched.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Cancellation by StashnryU.com

In rare situations, StashnryU.com may cancel an order due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Product out of stock.
  • Pricing or product information errors.
  • Payment verification failure.
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction.
  • Technical or operational issues.

If your order is cancelled by us after successful payment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

StashnryU.com follows a No Refund Policy once an order has been successfully delivered.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The order is cancelled by StashnryU.com before dispatch.
  • Payment was successfully charged, but the order could not be fulfilled by us.
  • A duplicate payment has been made for the same order.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Products delivered successfully.
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Requests made after successful delivery.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

StashnryU.com is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Currently, StashnryU.com accepts prepaid online payments only.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
